There is no prior dance experience required to beneﬁt from a Purely Barre program. But you will feel stronger, more ﬂexible and coordinated – and more like a dancer with every class!
We’ve developed our signature Purely Barre class to help you achieve a slim, strong, sculpted dancer’s body (or as close to that as your genetics will allow). Purely Barre is a natural complement to our Pilates programs. This full-body workout that burns fat and tones the entire body, sculpting your arms, abs, legs, and buttocks through principles of dance, Pilates, and classic strength training.
