Our Stretch & Meditation is the program for you! This combination class brings together stretching and meditation techniques in a one hour format.
The focus is on taking time out and learning to listen to your body, with a focus on improving flexibility and improving relaxation. Come along and loosen your joints, increase your flexibility, stretch and strengthen tight muscles, and experience inner peace and tranquility with guided relaxation meditation.
Class size is limited to ensure maximum safety.
