This is a unique style class incorporating the principals of Pilates and the elements of Yoga. Offering a unique style allowing you to work hard at the start of the class with the strength and focus of Pilates then dropping into a nice flow and stretch to centre the breath and focus on the body with the Yoga element. Yogalates is a great foundation class to learn the body and to also calm the mind.
