MORE ABOUT RENEE

Renee became involved in the fitness industry after her second child when she was extremely overweight and could only ever exercise in water. Losing 30kg, she decided that she wanted to help others in her position, people that also needed encouragement and motivation.

Renee achieved her Certificates in Fitness and became a Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer and Aqua Instructor. As her passion for the industry grew, Renee sought to become certified in a range of Fitness Programs and did an extra Certification to become an Advanced Instructor with weight training, as well as a level 1 strength and conditioning coach.

When Renee became pregnant with her third child, and after giving birth to a beautiful healthy girl, she wanted to concentrate on achieving higher qualifications in Yoga and Pilates, areas which she is extremely passionate about.

Since this time Renee gained her Trainer & Assessor Certification to be able to teach her passion to others. Renee gained her Level 1 Mat Work in Pilates so that she could focus on inner strength and flexibility – especially for women like herself with children and others who need to find core strength, flexibility and wellbeing. Renee loves yoga workshops and educationals.

Renee is a brilliant and talented Instructor and is real asset to Balance Mind + Body Studio.

• Diploma Qualified Clinical Pilates and Movement Therapy
• 350 hour Qualified Yoga Teacher (YTT)
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessing
• *APMA Member and Level II Qualified Instructor
• Coordinator and Facilitator for Balance Mind + Body Studio
