Sarah combines her passion for education starting over 20 years ago with her Training and Assessment Certification in the UK, from which she has travelled extensively working internationally for global brands.
With her love of all things health and fitness, Sarah studied ‘A Touch for Health Kinesiology’ in Sydney before embarking on her yoga teaching journey in Byron Bay in 2008. Through deepening her own practice Sarah used this as a way to manage her own fight with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and the importance of the mind and body balance.
Now a mother of two young children, she resides in Redcliffe where she has continued her joy for knowledge by furthering her studies in Certificates III and IV in Fitness and Personal Training.
Sarah is an amazing Instructor and enjoys helping her clients become balanced, focused and relaxed.
Pilates Mat Work Certification is the latest qualification added in broadening Sarah’s holistic approach to wellbeing. Now as a mother of two young children Sarah resides in Redcliffe where she has continued her joy for knowledge by furthering her skills in certificate III & IV in Fitness and Personal Training. Sarah is always adding to her qualifications with her latest certificate IV in Pilates and her Diploma of Clinical Pilates to broaden her holistic approach to wellbeing. In the Balance Studio you will find Sarah sharing her skills to work with you and help you achieve the best results you’re after.
